The living room with 2 sofas (occasionaly sofas beds), an inclosed stove and a ouest facing tiled terrace.

Principal  bedroom,  east facing, with a king size bed 160 x 200, with the fireplace which was the forge originaly.

The individual shower room is completly renovated.

Separate toilets with wash hand basin.

The second bedroom, on the north, with 2 single beds and a new shower room ansuite. There is a private terrasse.

For the baby, a collapsible bed, a changing mat and a bath.

Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are included.

The lawned garden

5000m² with small woods. All garden furniture is included and a barbecue.

An above ground privated swimming pool 5m x 3,50m with 50m² of decking and security fence.
